OCAD U’s Thesis Exhibition of Sculpture and Installation Students second exhibition opened, and to much celebration, on April 5 . Friends, colleagues, faculty and art enthusiasts had an opportunity to explore the new works by graduating students.
The exhibition by Christos Damianos, Detained in the Cell Gallery and Window Box Gallery grabbed visitors’ curiosity as the floor of the gallery was covered in sunflower seeds.

Performance artist Ulysses Castellanos dropped by to see Detained. OCAD U faculty members George Boileau, Ginette Legare, Claire Brunet and Ian Carr–Harris were also there to see their students’ work.
The pieces worked well in the space and everyone seemed pleased to see the finished works.
