Pattison Onestop and Shawn Micallef have teamed up for a fourth year to present the popular city-wide, interactive media-art project, Stroll City from June 24 to July 7, 2013 on the network of Pattison Onestop’s TTC subway platform screens throughout Toronto. Starting June 24, Toronto flaneur, Shawn Micallef will tweet his discoveries at the Twitter handle @StrollCity (in addition to his personal feed @shawnmicallef), and invites all Torontonians to respond with their own comments, replies and findings. Share your on-the-spot discoveries and observations with the @StrollCity account, which will then appear as part of a rotating, 30-second spot every 10 minutes throughout the day on the TTC platform screens in over 60 stations across Toronto. “Each year we do Stroll City more people have participated and the observations get even better,” says Shawn Micallef. “This year I hope we get tweets from the edges of Etobicoke and Scarborough, and everything in-between.”Join, follow and discover Toronto with Shawn Micallef @StrollCity.
